Outer Limits(photos)

Here is one of my best pictures taken of Jupiter with
two moons. I used a 6.4mm super plossl eyepiece with a #11 yellow-green filter.
The picture has been "digitally enhanced" and enlarged, for it was
"FUZZY" when viewed. What I didn't understand, was when using the
eyepiece, it should be done under the most adverse atmospheric conditions.
Jupiter was quite low in the eastern sky. Perhaps it was the magnification of
the atmosphere that enabled me such a picture. The picture was taken with a
Casio QV200 digital camera held up to the eyepiece!
